The process was very straight forward. They give you many option on color and materials if you want something specific. They do have a ready to ship stock but limited color choice. I went with choosing my own color and material, it took about a month and a half to receive it from my payment date. All and all I’m very happy, it feels great to sit on (pause) which was a worry of mine. 10 out of 10 on everything. For reference on size, I’m 6ft tall. ps. I will definitely be ordering again to make a complete set.

The quality of the product did not meet my expectations, all-metal framing was poor, and painted poor bronze paint while it was expected that it be galvanized (compare my pictures with their site pictures), chairs are heavy (especially the sitting parts), welding is poor quality (see picture), there were no screws supplied, some chair feet were absent
